How to Reconnect With Your Spiritual Side When Life Feels Heavy

Have you ever had a month that knocked you sideways, even when nothing on paper looked “wrong”?

July was that month for me. My birthday month, technically a time to celebrate — and instead it arrived with grief, sadness, uncertainty, and a heavy sense of disconnection I couldn’t quite explain. So I did something I don’t always let myself do. I stepped back. No forcing it, no trying to “fix” my way through it. Just space.

And the universe, as it tends to, gave me a nudge.

The Ancient Stones That Reminded Me Who I Am

For my birthday, all I really wanted was to visit Glastonbury — one of the most sacred places in the UK. There’s something about standing near stones that ancient, connecting with something so much bigger than your to-do list, that makes you feel held in a way words don’t fully capture. I felt grounded. Connected. Like I was becoming part of something that came long before me and will carry on long after.

If you’ve read my last post about juggling work, relationships, and self-care, you’ll know I’ve been deep in the work of trying to integrate the different parts of myself instead of running them as separate lives. What I didn’t fully admit in that post is that one whole part of me — my spiritual side — had quietly been shoved to the bottom of the list for a long time.

The Part of Me I’d Been Neglecting

I’ve always been a deeply spiritual person. But somewhere along the way, “logical, get-things-done” me took over, and spiritual me got squeezed into whatever time was left — which, if I’m honest, was basically none.

The past few days, I let that change. I spent time reconnecting with my spiritual side on purpose — tapping back into my skills as a healer, and remembering what actually lights me up: helping women connect with their subconscious mind, rebuild their confidence and self-worth, and see the quiet power they’ve had in them all along.

For a while, I’d been leaning almost entirely on the logical, mindset side of my work. Now it feels like it’s time to bring energy work and spiritual healing back into the mix too — not instead of the mindset work, alongside it.

Why Empty Space Matters More Than We Think

Here’s something I keep relearning: we rarely let ourselves pause and just be with ourselves. No fixing, no achieving — just presence.

And weirdly, that empty space often brings more clarity than a mind crammed full of tasks and plans ever could. A gratitude practice. A walk in nature. Stopping to actually breathe. None of it needs to be complicated to work.

So if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you don’t know what to do next — here’s my note to you: pause, breathe, and do one small thing that lights up your soul. Simple things really can shift everything.

An Invitation, If You’re Ready

While I was reading through my new oracle deck recently, I pulled the Stone of Destiny card — life path, ambition, passion, a clear yes. It felt almost too perfectly timed. It’s a card about trusting your purpose enough to stop wavering and step into it fully. “I say yes to my life path and step into my destiny now.” That’s exactly where I am.

To help you start your day with a bit more of that same grounded energy, I’ve just created a brand new meditation for positive mornings — it’s simple, gentle, and a lovely way to ease into your day instead of straight into chaos.

And if you feel ready to take that first step toward reconnecting with yourself, come join my Monthly Healing Circle — where we clear negative energy, connect with our souls, and discover our true purpose, together with like-minded women. Healing alone is hard — you know that, you’ve been there. Healing in community is uplifting. If this feels like your moment, I’d love for you to join us.

I hope this gave you something to sit with. As always, I’m rooting for you. — Klaudia x
