Building self-confidence means understanding:

Your worth is not dependent on outcomes.

When worth is stable, confidence becomes less fragile.

3. Practise Small Acts of Self-Trust

Self-confidence grows through repetition, not intensity.

Try:

  • Making a decision without polling everyone first
  • Saying what you genuinely think
  • Setting a boundary without overexplaining
  • Posting something without excessive editing
