How to use it:

Open the tracker on your phone each morning. Select the day of the week. Drag the mood slider to show honestly how you are feeling — from Struggling all the way to Thriving. Read your reflection question and sit with it for a moment. Work through the journal prompt if you have a few minutes to write. Let the mindset reframe shift your perspective. And carry your daily affirmation into the rest of your day.
